1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 55mw platform at 55mw.win (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 55mw Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may register one (1) account on 55mw. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same payment method are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55mw may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus amounts held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 55mw account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 55mw shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55mw login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 55mw account, you must contact 55mw support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

55mw operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, SSS ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

55mw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the 55mw cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your 55mw wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 55mw Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a 55mw deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55mw reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, pursue recovery of the disputed amount, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

55mw may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following conditions apply to all 55mw bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the 55mw Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly provide otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 55mw.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55mw, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55mw's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy
